Description
FAIRCHILD PN4393 is a silicon N-Channel switch JFET transistor TO-92 package. This device is designed for low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits and chopper stabilized amplifier. In N-Channel the majority of charge carriers will be the electrons as the channel formed in-between the source and the drain is of N-type.
